MS Outlook has gained the trust of its users due to its many features and benefits that anyone can enjoy with an email ID. You are wrong to think you need a Microsoft account ID in order to use Outlook. Setup Yahoo Mail in Outlook 2019/2016

Switch to the Advanced Tab and add the following information for the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
