Office 365 email archiving is also known as In-place Archiving. Office 365 email archive gives users additional storage space for their mailbox data. Once archiving is turned on, users can access and save email messages from their archive mailbox via MS Outlook or Outlook web app. Users can also copy and move email messages easily between their primary mailbox and archive mailbox.
